Impulse Co. Ltd., Sofia is a company established in 2000, as a successor of VTPK Impulse 1, founded in 1990 in the city of Svoge and re-registered in 1994 in Sofia.
The company inherits the subject of activity, all contracts, equipment, employees and managers of the cooperative. Impulse Co. Ltd. was registered with Decision № 1 of 06.04.2000 of the Sofia City Court, in the register of commercial companies under №55816, volume 605, page 185 under file no. №5288 / 2000, then on 20.03.2008. has been re-registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Registry Agency with UIC 130258609.
