Our History

Impulse Co. Ltd., Sofia is a company established in 2000, as a successor of VTPK Impulse 1, founded in 1990 in the city of Svoge and re-registered in 1994 in Sofia.

The company inherits the subject of activity, all contracts, equipment, employees and managers of the cooperative. Impulse Co. Ltd. was registered with Decision № 1 of 06.04.2000 of the Sofia City Court, in the register of commercial companies under №55816, volume 605, page 185 under file no. №5288 / 2000, then on 20.03.2008. has been re-registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Registry Agency with UIC 130258609.

The activity of the company is managed by eng. Svetoslav Krastanov – Manager. He has many years of experience as a designer, and subsequently in various management positions in Energoproekt and DSO Electrical Construction.

After the emergence of the opportunity for private business in Bulgaria, he is one of the founders and owners of the cooperative, whose successor is Impulse Co. Ltd.

Impulse Co., Ltd. specializes in solving problems in the field of electric power.

Impulse Co. Ltd. performs construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of overhead power lines up to 750 kV, cable lines up to 110 kV, substations up to 400 kV, regional and city networks, transformers- classic type and mast, grounding installations, lightning protection, electrical measurements, etc. Each activity is performed with quality and guarantee for many years of technical operation, using original modern technologies.

The company is one of the leaders in the field, as it has many years of experience, know-how, uses highly qualified staff, appropriate machinery, equipment and has modern computer base.

Pursuant to the new legal provisions, namely the entry into force of the Law on the Chamber of Architects and Engineers in Investment Design / LCAIP /, from 17.11.2004. Impulse Co. Ltd. terminates the activity of the Design Department, transferring all research and design activities and its available staff to the newly established company Impulse Project Ltd. with Manager eng.Svilen Svetoslavov Krastanov.

The company is registered with decision № 1 of 11.11.2004. According to f.d. № 121632004г. to the Sofia City Court, entered in the commercial register of the same court under number 88685, volume 1123, reg. I, p. with Manager eng. Svilen Svetoslavov Krastanov, then on 21.03.2008. has been re-registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Registry Agency with UIC 131328487 and with registered office and address of management:
