Our History

Impuls Ko Ltd., Sofia is a company established in 2000, as a successor of VTPK Impuls 1, founded in 1990 in the city of Svoge and re-registered in 1994 in Sofia.

The company inherits the subject of activity, all contracts, equipment, employees and managers of the cooperative. Impuls Ko Ltd. was registered with Decision № 1 of 06.04.2000 of the Sofia City Court, in the register of commercial companies under №55816, volume 605, page 185 under file no. №5288 / 2000, then on 20.03.2008. has been re-registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Registry Agency with UIC 130258609.

The activity of the company is managed by eng. Svilen Krastanov – Manager. He has many years of experience as a designer and many years of cooperation with ESO LTD. In 2020, he was awarded the title “Energy Engineer of the Year” by the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Power Engineers (BBCPE).

Impuls Ko Ltd. specializes in solving problems in the field of electric power.

Impuls Ko Ltd. performs construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of overhead power lines up to 750 kV, cable lines up to 110 kV, substations up to 400 kV, regional and city networks, transformers- classic type and mast, grounding installations, lightning protection, electrical measurements, etc. Each activity is performed with quality and guarantee for many years of technical operation, using original modern technologies.

The company is one of the leaders in the field, as it has many years of experience, know-how, uses highly qualified staff, appropriate machinery, equipment and has modern computer base.

Pursuant to the new legal provisions, namely the entry into force of the Law on the Chamber of Architects and Engineers in Investment Design / LCAIP /, from 17.11.2004. Impuls Ko Ltd. terminates the activity of the Design Department, transferring all research and design activities and its available staff to the newly established company Impuls Project Ltd. with Manager eng.Svilen Svetoslavov Krastanov.
